Through press and advertising generated qualified prospects
who could buy vacation homes
Received all calls generated by the newspaper ads
Put together a database from all leads generated
Wrote all direct marketing tools correspondence to
interested prospects
When handling calls from potential buyers made sure that all
pertinent information was solicited by using a predefined
potential buyer profile. Asked when they might be travelling
to Margarita next and sent them all information regarding
"Castilla del Mar" by messenger .
Follow-up on all interested prospects.
Sent daily reports directly to the."Castilla del Mar" sales
