Sales support and help for Digital Equipment de Venezuela's channels of distribution

Calls made to 300 prospects from the Digital's channel of distribution database to confirm and update their information

Creation of the direct marketing pieces that outline the products characteristics and usefulness (High speed servers) as well as brochures with questionnaires asking the prospective buyer their specific computer systems needs.

Processed all questionaires and reported feedback to the respective sales departments for them to do the follow-up.

Of the 300 communications sent, 64 questionnaires were filled out and sent back as feedback. (The 64 prospects received a thank you letter with a special incentive). 8 of the 64 resulted in major sales.

Strategy to obtain 500 prospects to sell "Castilla del Mar" townhouses in Margarita (near Los Ranchos de Chana).

Through press and advertising generated qualified prospects who could buy vacation homes

Received all calls generated by the newspaper ads

Put together a database from all leads generated

Wrote all direct marketing tools correspondence to interested prospects

When handling calls from potential buyers made sure that all pertinent information was solicited by using a predefined potential buyer profile. Asked when they might be travelling to Margarita next and sent them all information regarding "Castilla del Mar" by messenger .

Follow-up on all interested prospects.

Sent daily reports directly to the."Castilla del Mar" sales team in Margarita.
